Gebruik en houdbaarheid

Gebruik onder medisch toezicht.
De hoeveelheid en concentratie van de voeding moet door de arts of diëtist worden vastgesteld en is afhankelijk van leeftijd, gewicht en medische conditie van de patiënt.
Uitsluitend te gebruiken door patiënten met bewezen fenylketonurie.
Niet geschikt om als enige voedingsbron te dienen.
Bewaren in een koele, droge omgeving.
Geopend: De sachets bevatten 1 dosis en moeten opgebruikt worden zodra ze geopend zijn. Indien de diëtist(e)/arts minder dan 1 sachet voorschrijft, moet het sachet met het ongebruikte poeder goed afgesloten worden en het poeder moet binnen de 24u gebruikt worden.

Bereiding

‌Giet 120ml koud water in een beker met een deksel.
Voeg 1 sachet PKU sphere20 toe.
Sluit de beker goed af en schud totdat het poeder volledig opgelost is.
PKU sphere20 is nu klaar voor gebruik.
